Jeff Estrabinio has been credited as a "Character Artist" for two games, Uncharted 2 and Uncharted 3. Both of these games have won alot of awards and some of them for the visual aspects of the game. These games are developed by Naughty Dog who are an established company in the gaming industry. The layout of this blog is good because there is a section for each project he has chosen to show and in each one is a good selection of images to showcase his work. This layout is easy to follow and view.

Carlos  Baena has worked for Pixar for ten years and is currently working for Paramount Pictures. He has worked on films such as Toy Story 3 and Wall-E. These two films alone have been awarded alot of awards. The layout of this blog is good because it gives a large range of projects and each one is a short clip from the film that he worked on and also a brief description of what he has done on that clip.

These four mood boards are from the 666 project. The brief for this project was to create an ident for a made up freeview channel. The channel was on channel 666 and was primarily a horror channel that shows horror films and also some thrillers. The ident was meant to be designed so it could be aired before the watershed.

These are character drawings from the project "Game For It!". This project was to design a game trailer for a made up game that i had to create an idea for.

These are environment drawings for the same project. The idea for the game that i had developed was that of an apocalypse platformer. The game trailer follows the main character as he makes for an escape from the destruction by jumping up the atmosphere using platforms that are conveniently on the front of the buildings.

These are different gate designs for the graded unit. This project was to create the environments for a theatre production, these where then projected onto the background as scenery.

This is a render from 666 showing one of the characters jumping on to a sofa. There was a limitation on the brief stating that the character was not allowed to have more than 50 polygons. I settled for the number six but i copied him a couple of times to make out "666".

This is my character "Sixy" ,from the 666 project, walking.

This is a render from victory (the graded unit). This project was to design environments to be projected for a theatre production.

This was projected on the back wall of the performing area.

This was projected at the same time on the floor to complete the scene.

This is my final animation for the projection.
